Symptoms


Dysphagia (Difficulty in swallowing).


  • Caused by cancer, achalaciacardia, stricture, neurologic problems & foreign body.
  • Diagnosed with endoscopy & barium study.
  • Biopsy is taken if necessary.
  • Managed by surgery, dilatation or stenting.




Hemet emesis (Blood Vomiting)

  • Caused by cirrhosis (Liver problem), caner or Ulcers.
  • Diagnosed with endoscopy.
  • Treated with Banding, Glue injection, sclerotherapy or surgery.








Jaundice (Yellowish colour of eyes, skin & urine):



  • Caused by liver cirrhosis, stones, cancer or hepatitis.
  • Diagnosed with scan, endoscopy and blood tests.
  • Treated with medicines, ERCP or surgery.



Blood in Motion:
  • Caused by Haemorrhoids (Piles), fissures, cancer, ulcerative colitis or crohn’s.
  • Diagnosed with examination, proctoscopy and colonoscopy if required.
  • Treated with banding, surgery, staplers, and medicines.










Pain abdomen:
Caused by many reasons like

  • Appendicitis

  • Stones in gall bladder, kidneys and pancreas.
